The #1 stylist at a high-end salon is looking for a Hair Stylist Assistant.
Requirements:
Professional appearance, professional demeanor.
Tuesday through Saturday full time.
Current student or graduate.
Set-up station, greet clients, scheduling, wash hair, toner, color, blow dry, take photos, progressing to complex colors, styling, extensions, and cuts.
Outgoing personality, interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Don’t worry if you have limited experience or knowledge. All you learn in school is how to pass the exam. You learn the rest by having a great mentor.
Starting pay is $12 per hour, plus client tips, plus stylist tips. Tips can be significant depending on how well the client is treated.
You will receive world-class mentorship, training, and steadily increasing responsibility based on your ability, comfort level, and eagerness.
The right assistant will become an expert, high-end stylist, making $100k+ within 3 years. When you are ready, you will be referred clients to help you build your book.
Located in west Houston near City Centre.

If you don’t have a license or aren’t enrolled in a cosmetology program, you can legally only be a shampoo tech. If this applies to you, please note that in your email and resume. The starting pay would be the same, but you will max out at $50-60k.
