Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support our General Manager in driving the studio's growth and success. This role will focus on executing marketing strategies, promoting local outreach, and ensuring smooth daily operations to enhance the member experience and boost studio performance. A passion for fitness and a strong background in marketing are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotions: Plan, execute, and monitor local marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media content, engagement, and scheduling to build a strong community presence.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the studio and increase membership.
Operational Support: Assist with daily studio operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Collaboration with GM: Work closely with the General Manager to execute business strategies, track performance, and adjust tactics to meet goals.
Event Planning: Organize and promote studio events, challenges, and promotions to drive community involvement and member engagement.
Qualifications:
1+ years of marketing or operations experience (fitness industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Passion for fitness and a desire to contribute to a healthy, active lifestyle.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet goals.
