We are a Salon boutique located in the Galleria area. We are looking for an individual thats wanting to work in a chic fun environment. We need someone with positive energy and still understands what good customer service is all about. This position is essential to the business so we want you to take pride in it.
We like to keep fresh posts on our Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, so this is a definite PLUS.
Previous salon/receptionist experience preferred along with attention to detail is needed.
EXPERIENCE with:
Salon software
Social media and marketing
Sales
Ability to successfully complete delegated tasks
All applicants must have a professional appearance and attitude.
Proficient in using computer software and appointment booking applications
Refined customer service skills
Must be a good team player and have the ability to effectively work with other members of the spa team.
Excellent communication/ phone etiquette
Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities will include, not limited to
Scheduling and confirming guest appointments
Retention Reports
Answering multiple calls and customer questions
Assisting our stylists with clients
Organizing client files and paperwork
Ensure that front areas/ bathrooms are presentable at all times
Handling guest concerns with insight and poise
Providing excellent customer service to guests and members
Ability to be able to multi-task and balance given assignments
