We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our busy home office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for technology this may be a good fit.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of tech devices, including iPhones and Mac laptops.
Troubleshoot and reset phones and laptops as needed.
Utilize Outlook, Calendars, OneDrive, Excel and various applications to facilitate communication and project management.
Handle incoming communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring attention to detail.
Support various online purchases from Facebook Marketplace and assist purchasing antiques or paintings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or if your tech skills are good, it may work out despite lack of experience in Administration.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with Mac operating systems and applications.
Experience with iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy home office setting.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
