Arride Bikes is looking for an experienced bicycle mechanic to join our shop full-time. If you’re skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bikes — including electric bikes — and enjoy working with customers in a friendly, community-focused shop, we’d love to meet you.
Ideal Candidate
-Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic (e-bike experience a strong plus)
-Strong mechanical ability with confidence in repair, maintenance, and assembly
-Good communication and customer service skills
-Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
-Passionate about bikes and helping riders stay rolling
Key Responsibilities
-Perform tune-ups and safety checks
-True and tension wheels
-Adjust and replace derailleurs, chains, and drivetrains
-Service and bleed hydraulic and mechanical brakes
-Diagnose and repair e-bikes (motor, controller, battery issues)
-Assemble new bikes to professional standards
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
-Assist customers with service questions and repair recommendations
