Job Summary: As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across multiple locations. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT projects, and collaborate with other departments to meet the company's technological needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology requirements, training needs and implement solutions accordingly. Evaluate and recommend IT systems, software, and hardware to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Manage IT budgets and resources effectively. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary. Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service within the IT department. Recommend and facilitate AI technology to speed up processes within the company Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
