Technician will be responsible for supporting
-installation
-training
-repair
of the printers to maintain customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
-performing product installation and maintenance as scheduled by management
-Analyze product failures and makes repairs for a continuous manufacturing
-providing hardware and software support to the customer on line
-improving the technics for preventive maintenance to avoid possible failures
-report the service activities to the management as weekly

Requirements
-3 years experience in similar position
-Min 2 year of college program completion in community college or equivalent
-ability to troubleshoot computer hardware or software problems,
-organize and write technical reports
-ability to train operators for electronic controlled machinery
-on site repair experience
