You will run your own crew(s) cleaning and repairing rental properties after the old tenant moves out.
We provide all work orders so you do not need to prospect. We provide a robust 1 to 2 week training program in the field. You will need to have a truck that can tow a dump trailer and equipment to do the job. Must have experience in residential repairs including drywall patching, painting, plumbing repairs, changing locks, etc. Must be able to pass a federal background check. Will be required to carry workmans comp on all employees you have working for you.
