All Star Motors is hiring for a service writer individual to act as the primary point of contact to contact customer for an automotive service center.
Requirements:
Managing interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and explain repair procedures.
Scheduling appointments for customers.
Assess vehicle issues, provide cost estimates, and explain repair procedures, acting as a liaison between customers and technicians.
Computer skills for entering customer information and managing records.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Experience in ordering parts.
Tekmetric Experience a plus.
Bilingual a plus
