We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Parts Coordinator who is CCC-certified and skilled in ordering, tracking, and organizing parts for our collision repair department. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately and in a timely manner
Use CCC ONE to create parts lists and update repair orders
Track incoming parts and manage returns, credits, and shortages
Communicate with vendors, insurance adjusters, and technicians
Maintain an organized parts room and ensure all parts are labeled
Verify parts accuracy and inspect for quality before delivery to technicians
Assist with estimating and supplement preparation as needed
Requirements:
CCC ONE Certification required
Previous experience ordering body shop/collision parts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, and recycled/ LKQ parts
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual
