We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our team in Stafford, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC laser cutting machines and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating laser cutting equipment to produce precise components that meet our specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines according to specifications and production schedules.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate cutting and fabrication.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Set up machines and perform tool changes, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
Must be able to read precise measurement tools. (Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must have your own basic maintenance tools.
