POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking experienced concrete finisher. Must have a good work ethic, be willing to learn and work well on a team. Colt is great place to come make a good living. We’re building a great company and want great people
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Set forms for concrete decks
- Place and tie rebar.
- Place and finish concrete (paving, sidewalks, curbs, etc.)
- Attend all required safety policies and procedures.
- Perform final clean-up as well as all other general cleanup during the job.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more several times daily.
- Willing to work on weekends
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Understand and implement verbal and written instructions.
- Work efficiently in a team environment.
- Perform physical labor including bend, kneel, stand, squat, stoop, walk, climb, lift, push, pull, reach with hands at,
below and above shoulder level.
- Work in physically demanding environments including the heat of summer and cold of winters.
