Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/.Responsibilities:Hours: Monday to Saturday for first 2 weeks, 7AM - 5PMWill drop to M-F with occasional OT and Saturday as needed to catch up for rainout daysInspecting and adjusting concrete forms to ensure proper alignment, pitch, and depthEnsure concrete is mixed, poured, and laid to specifications for retention pond and ditchesFacilitating the pouring of concrete to desired depth, pitch, and formUse hand and power tools like trowels, screeds, and floats to smooth, level, and finish the concreteApplying curing or surface treatments, sealants, and waterproofing to the concreteChecking for voids, high spots, and other imperfections in the concreteMaking necessary repairs and patching as neededAssessing the impact of temperature and humidity on concrete curing and adjusting work procedures accordinglyFollow all safety procedures and protocol per state and federal guidelines.Qualifications:OSHA-10 Certification RequiredPhysical card or certificate required3 years verifiable experience in the Concrete Finisher field RequiredAbility to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationExperience with concrete flat work such as pilot channels for utility drainage, lining retention pond, and parking lot.Position may require a drug screenTrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
