We currently have 20 single-family home rehab projects ready to start, and we’re looking for a Construction Manager to run the show on the ground.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day work on all active projects
Hiring your own crews (or bringing your existing team)
Following our scope and budget
Reporting progress clearly and reliably
Delivering quality, speed, and efficiency
