RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble, wire, and test control panels based on electrical schematics and layout drawings
Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and component installation
Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and safety
Troubleshoot wiring issues and ensure panels meet specifications
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Proficient with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
