Laser Imaging is a leading distributor of compatible imaging supplies and office equipment service company. We are currently seeking motivated candidate to add to our growing service team. We are looking for someone, who has at least 3 to 5 years prior service background, is a must. We are looking for an experienced copier/printer technician who will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and customer satisfaction of our customers. Candidates trained on Xerox, Sharp, Kyocera and HP are preferred. We are an authorized sales and service center for Xerox, Brother, HP & Lexmark
Your responsibilities include:
Call customers within 30 minutes of receiving a service call to provide an ETA
Respond to service requests within 4 hours
Repair equipment to the customer satisfaction
Handle connectivity issues as it relates to printing and scanning
Manage and maintain commonly used car stock inventory
Open and close service calls through an automated system
Communicate daily with customers and teammates
Work with the customers IT staff
Represent Laser Imaging in a professional and ethical manner
