Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Core Hydraulics. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality components for our hydraulic repair services. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Utilize milling machines and other machining tools to fabricate components.
Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
Program CAM software for efficient machining processes.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processes.
Maintain equipment and tools in optimal working condition.
Requirements
Proven experience as a machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in manual machining and programming.
Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tools, including milling machines.
Familiarity with Mazatrol, Fanuc controls, and CAM programming is a plus.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required for this role

Qualifications
Operating Manual Machine Tools: Proficiency in setting up, operating, and disassembling various manual machine tools, including:
Lathes: For turning, facing, and threading operations.
Milling Machines: For cutting flat surfaces, gears, and other complex shapes.
Grinders: For achieving precise finishes and dimensions.
Drill Presses: For creating holes in workpieces.
Saws: For cutting materials to size.
Calipers (vernier, dial, digital)
Micrometers (inside, outside, depth)
Gauges (height, depth, thread)
Indicators, internal and exterior rods.
