Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Cabinet Shop Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in custom cabinet fabrication. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This is a shop-based position with occasional on-site installations.
Responsibilities:
Build custom cabinets from shop drawings or verbal instructions
Operate shop equipment (table saws, jointers, planers, routers, etc.) safely and efficiently
Assemble and finish cabinetry with precision and attention to detail
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of cabinet-making experience in a shop environment
Proficient with hand and power tools
Must have reliable transportation, hand tools and live within a 30-minute commute to Manvel, TX
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be punctual, dependable, and take pride in quality craftsmanship
