We are a Houston based real estate company looking for an experienced construction person to join our staff. We will need someone with their own transportation (truck preferred) and who is able to think for themselves. We manage a portfolio of several hundred apartment units all around Houston that you would be working at daily. You would be traveling to different complexes depending on the jobs so reliable transportation is a must! We are a growing company so there is opportunity for growth.
You would be tasked with the following
Doing unit clean outs and make readies
Doing full remodel/construction work to units from studs
Sheetrock, Tile, Laminate Flooring, Plumbing (Pex A, PVC)
Painting of units
Tile/flooring work (bathroom tile, laminate click in flooring, tile flooring etc)
Framing/General Construction
Routine Maintenance Calls
Electrical work
