We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team, with potential to become a crew leader.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality installations.
This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring that fences are installed correctly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation.
Dig post holes and set posts in concrete or other materials.
Install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental metal.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment.
Conduct landscape maintenance around fence installations to ensure a clean finish.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.
Experience
Proven experience in fence installation or related fields such as carpentry or masonry is preferred.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance and hardscape projects is a plus.
Skills in concrete forming and finishing are advantageous.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
Experience with frame carpentry will be beneficial for more complex installations.
Must be capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the workday.
