I have nearly every tool needed but prefer you have most of your own tools.
Examples of tasks:
-Hydraulic leaks in hard to reach dirty equipment
- oil changes and routine maintenance on trucks and heavy equipment
- trailer wiring, brakes, bearings
- miscellaneous welding tasks
- jobsite repairs sometimes
Requirements:
- must have your own reliable transportation. Not shared vehicles or getting dropped off and picked up. Must be ready and willing to use UB3R or lift in the event of car trouble.
- show up when you say you're going to.
- finish tasks that you start.
- put my tools back clean and where they go. Clean up your mess. I'm not cleaning up after you.
- accurate diagnosis and quality work the first time.
- must be able to mig weld and use a torch
- must be able to work independently without assistance.
- must be able to identify priority tasks and line themselves out with work.
- no druggies or drinking before or while working.
