Looking to hire for foreman position on a site development crew. Must have experience we do not have time to train anyone. Hiring working foreman so must know how to operate machines such as dozer, excavator. Must not be lazy and just want to sit in a truck all day. Must have acquired leadership skills to be able to lead a team. Must have punctuality. Must have positive attitude and energy. Must be able to lead and motivate a team without killing morale. Pay will be discussed individually. Full time 5 to 6 day work weeks.
