What You’ll Do
As our Home Tech Pro, you’ll:
Installation, setup, and service advanced home automation, audio/visual systems, and small business tech solutions.
Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Mentor and train junior technicians to ensure every project meets Digital Delight’s high standards.
Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
Document and reconcile job details, including hardware used, adjustments made, and post-install needs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who has:
Experience: 3-5+ years in home technology, AV systems, networking, or smart home installations.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of leading brands like Sonos, Ring, Eero, Lutron, Josh.ai, Samsung, and others.
Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead projects, train team members, and manage client relationships.
Problem-Solving Ability: The skills to troubleshoot issues on-site and implement creative solutions.
Certifications (Preferred): CEDIA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
