We are a company specializing in residential HVAC and are currently experiencing rapid growth. We're currently experiencing some bottlenecks. We have many clients, but we'd like to improve our internal operational efficiency.
We need advice on how to revamp our current management approach and enhance team collaboration.
We would like advice and consultation on the following:
1. How do we recruit excellent technicians? Where do we typically post job postings?
2. How do we pay technicians? Is hourly or volume-based pay better?
3. How can we expand our client base? Where do you know of good advertising options?
4. We'd appreciate your advice on the pros and cons of some software. We currently use ServiceFusion, which is terrible, and we're planning to switch. We're currently considering HVAC P3 or Housecall Pro. If you know of other software, please let us know.
5. How can we get more reviews?
Applicant requirements for this position:
1. You must currently or have previously worked as a senior technician or office manager at a large HVAC company. 2. You must have experience in large-scale HVAC company operations, especially residential HVAC companies.
3. You must have experience in HVAC company market development.
You may be proficient in one or more of the above. We welcome your consultation and will pay you by the hour. We currently plan to pay you $60-$100 per hour, provided the information you provide is useful.
