Installer – Texas Based (Nationwide Travel)
Compensation: Based on experience + travel per diem

About the Position
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Installer based in Texas who is willing to travel across the U.S. for project installations. Work includes installing architectural products, metal structures, panels, signage, and specialty components. If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and representing a professional team, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Install architectural and specialty fabricated products on job sites nationwide
Read and execute installation drawings and instructions accurately
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Work at heights, on lifts/scaffolds, and in various site conditions
Coordinate with project managers, site contacts, and team members
Travel frequently (typically Mon–Fri, some weekends as needed)
Follow safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor on-site
Requirements
Prior installation, construction, or fabrication experience preferred
Ability to read shop drawings / blueprints
Comfortable traveling nationwide and being away from home regularly
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
Good communication and problem-solving skills
