Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in installing various types of insulation and finishing attics to company standards. This role requires someone who can quickly learn our specific insulation system, deliver high-quality workmanship, and adhere to safety and quality guidelines. The position starts as part-time with the potential to transition to full-time during our peak season.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials, such as fiberglass, cellulose, and foam, in attics, walls, and crawl spaces.
- Finish attics according to Our guidelines, ensuring all installations meet or exceed industry standards.
- Quickly learn and efficiently implement our specific insulation system and techniques.
- Conduct inspections and prepare installations sites to ensure safety and readiness for insulation.
- Work closely with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns with professionalism and respect.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on job sites, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled and stored.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insulation Installer or similar role.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to company-specific methods.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition, capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Availability to work part-time with flexibility to move to full-time during peak season.
- Clean criminal background
- Drug testing performed
