Landscaping Construction Foreman

We are currently seeking an experienced Landscaping Construction Foreman to join our team and lead our projects to success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct landscaping construction projects from conception to completion.
Lead a team of landscapers and construction workers, providing on-site guidance and supervision.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all landscaping designs are executed accurately and to the client's satisfaction.
Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project completion.
Ensure all landscaping and construction activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct quality control inspections and adjust project plans as needed to meet quality benchmarks.
Train new team members in construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and material inventories.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscaping Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of landscaping design, horticulture, and construction principles.
Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret landscaping design plans and blueprints.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in horticulture, landscape architecture, or construction management is a plus.
