Job Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee landscaping construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of landscapers and construction workers, providing on-site guidance and support.
Client Coordination: Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure landscaping designs are executed accurately and meet client expectations.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all landscaping and construction activities adhere to safety regulations and company standards.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control inspections and make necessary adjustments to meet high-quality benchmarks.
Training: Train new team members in construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, budget tracking, and material inventories.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Landscaping Construction Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping or construction industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of landscaping design, horticulture, and construction principles.
Skills: Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Ability: Ability to read and interpret landscaping design plans and blueprints.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
