The Landscape Crew Boss is responsible for opening and closing the daily operations of landscape crews. This includes assigning tasks, scheduling, providing guidance, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Crew Boss must be knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape maintenance, knowledge of plants and landscaping techniques, and have good leadership skills. The Crew Boss will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and tools, and ensuring the crew follows all safety protocols. The Crew Boss will also be responsible for the training and supervision of crew members. Needs to be bilingual.
