About the Role
Reliable Property Experts is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Lawn Care Contractors to join our growing team. If you’re looking for steady work that keeps you active, outdoors, and making properties look their best, this opportunity is for you.
As a Lawn Care Contractor, you’ll handle routine grass cutting, edging, and basic yard maintenance for residential rental properties. You’ll typically complete 3–10 lawns per day, ensuring each property meets our quality standards. You’ll also play a key role in helping us deliver excellent service by keeping yards well-maintained and presentable for tenants and property owners.
Primary Responsibilities
Mow and trim individual yards to maintain a clean, professional appearance
Edge along sidewalks, driveways, and common areas for sharp, finished lines
Inspect lawns, flower beds, and exterior areas for hazards, overgrowth, or debris
Communicate with property managers and tenants in a professional and friendly manner as needed
Complete digital Lawn Care Service Forms for each job site
Submit Work Order Forms for any issues outside of standard mowing (e.g., tree trimming, irrigation problems, or property damage)

What You’ll Need
A reliable smartphone or tablet to complete forms and take photos
Your own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel locally to perform inspections
Access to a computer with Wi-Fi for uploading reports
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Complete a background check
