We are looking for experienced and entry level Fire Alarm Technicians to join our team installing fire alarm systems in and around the Houston area. We are looking for persons with good work ethics, punctuality and willingness to learn. Any low voltage wiring experience is a plus. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to work in a construction atmosphere.
What we are looking for is someone to assist with installing Fire Alarm Systems in a commercial construction atmosphere. The work will consist of pulling wire off of ladders and scissor lifts, installing wire supports, trimming out the devices and then troubleshoot and test the systems. We install mostly large systems in schools, high rises, hospitals and large industrial complexes.
On a typical work week, we work 6AM to 4:30PM Monday- Thursday for a 40-hour week which gives employee's most Friday's off. We do work overtime if it is needed and that will usually be an 8-hour day on Friday and/or Saturday.
After 90 days an employee will receive paid holidays, be eligible for medical insurance and the retirement program. Vacation kicks in after one year.
$17.00 per hour and up depending on experience
