LLCC Construction is looking for a skilled individual or contractor to design and build a patio cover and add a backyard flower bed with plants, including mint and lemon, to an existing roof structure. The project will also involve installing outdoor lights, fountains, and an outdoor kitchen under the patio cover. The selected individual must submit the design plan for approval to the homeowner’s association.
Job Requirements:
