I am a busy painting contractor who sells and produces well over 100 jobs per year, and I'm looking for reliable, established painting crews with experience in sub-contract labor. I prefer a 3-4 man crew, but will consider 2 man crews as well.
I am looking for crews that work for wholesale, sub-contractor prices (not the retail prices you earn by booking your own jobs).
I book the job, deal with the client, and provide all paint and materials. I need you to be on time and do quality work in a timely manner.
I pay at the end of every week, and my painters always get paid first.
You must:
- speak enough English to be able to communicate with me and the client
- have a social security or tax number so that you can be paid legally
- have a reliable truck/van with no permanent signage
- have all of your own equipment (ladders, pressure-washer, airless rigs, etc.)
- have experience with interior & exterior painting to include siding, exterior trim, sheetrock, and texture repair
