We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain machine like:
CNC Flat Fiber Laser Cutter,
5 Axis Tube Fiber Laser Cutter
Vertical Milling Machine (VMC)
CNC Lathe Machine
Fanuc + ABB Robotic Welding Arm.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine setup requirements.
Set up machines by installing and adjusting tools, fixtures, and other equipment.
Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality of the produced parts.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine efficiency and output.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating CNC Flat Fiber Laser Cutter, 5 Axis Tube Fiber Laser Cutter, Vertical Milling Machine (VMC), CNC Lathe Machine, and Fanuc + ABB Robotic Welding Arm.
Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Familiarity with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
