About the Role:
We are seeking several experienced and dynamic Managers of Insulation Operations to oversee the
seamless functioning of 4 separate insulation companies. This is a commission-based role with
the unique opportunity to earn a partnership in the company. The successful candidate will drive
operational excellence, achieve business goals, and foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and
growth across all companies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of three insulation companies, ensuring alignment with company goals
and standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, addressing areas for improvement.
2. Team Management
- Lead and mentor team leaders and staff across all companies.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
3. Customer Relations
- Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets and financial planning for each company.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast revenue and expenses.
5. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Regularly update safety protocols and conduct training sessions.
- Manage inspections and certifications as needed.
6. Strategic Growth
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities for each company.
- Develop partnerships and relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Oversee marketing and sales strategies to drive business development.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing operations, preferably in the insulation or home improvement
industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
