Part time/ as needed workers/ weekends
I sometimes could use help with projects/ tasks around the shop such as heavy equipment maintenance and repair, welding and fabrication, general carpentry. General jack of all trades preferred.
Let me know what you can do and I'll call you as needed.

I don't want someone I have to babysit and tell you what to do all day. I'm paying you to do something so that I can be free to do something else.
tell me what you want to make. I won't try to negotiate it. I'll either use you or I won't. If it turns out you're not worth it I just won't have you work.

Oil changes on trucks and equipment
Hydraulic hose replacement in hot dirty hard to reach areas. Sometimes on a remote jobsite
Build a shed
Rv repair
Trailer wiring
Diagnose and repair issues on cars, trucks and equipment
Mig/stick welding and fabrication, trailer ramps, tool holders on mulchers,
