We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in operating millwork machinery and performing accurate millwork estimating. This position is ideal for someone who understands both the production floor and the project planning side of custom millwork and cabinetry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating woodworking machinery while also preparing detailed take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements for upcoming projects.
Qualification:
2+ years of operating millwork or woodworking machinery
2+ years of millwork estimating or similar construction estimating roles
Proficient in reading shop drawings
Familiarity with estimating software (Bluebeam, Excel, or other relevant tools)
Knowledge of woodworking materials, construction methods and shop processes
