Now Hiring - AC Technician for Apartment Complex
Pay Rate: $22/hr & up, depending on skills, experience, etc. Full-time position.
Qualifications:
- Familiar and comfortable with rooftop units
- TDLR, EPA, or apprentice certified
- Previous experience with HVAC service company or apartment complex
- Other skills - plumbing, electricity, handyman work are plus
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English)
- Independent & team player - run tickets, self-diagnose issues, good customer service skills
