Job Summary:
Maintenance Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hard-working Concrete Polishing Crew Member to join our field operations team. This is a full-time role with opportunities for advancement, and long-term employment.
The ideal candidate has experience in concrete polishing.
Responsibilities:
Operate concrete polishing equipment: grinders, vacuums, burnishers, and scrubbers
Assist with concrete surface prep, polishing, sealing, and cleanup
Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
Follow safety protocols and site procedures
Work as part of a professional crew to complete projects on time and on spec
Maintain cleanliness and care of company tools and vehicles
Requirements:
Experience in concrete polishing or coatings is required
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to work day shifts, with overtime and occasional weekend work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Must be authorized to work in the US
