Independent Plumber Needed Right Away for On Going Part Time Work at small apartment complex
16 to 20 hours a week max
Being licensed would be a huge plus (can bump pay a little if LICENSED)

Property is an older (1956) that is in need of regular maintenance and repair, sometimes small, sometimes large
PERSON MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE and SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.
Must have own transportation and tools (property has some tools on site as well)
Work available right away but only part time depending on constantly changing living
and operational environment. This is a fast paced work environment where priorities
can change depending on what is happening. You will be working directly with the owner of
property.
Generally, the work days will be MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY only as NEEDED
MUST be familiar enough with OLD plumbing systems boilers and clean outs
No felons. Will run a background check on candidate.
