What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional go-getter with strong communication skills who wants to gain experience as a Full-Time construction helper. Your role will be to assist project managers in various day to day task. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Install, maintain, and remove jobsite protection
Jobsite cleanup during construction
Rough framing
Rough carpentry (removing and reinstalling base/crown molding)
Installing bathroom accessories (towel bars, toilet paper holders, and grab bars)
Loading and unloading of materials for projects with vendors or at job sites
Moving appliances
Small demolition
Painting
Minor drywall repair
Plumbing (basic)
Electrical (basic)
Required Skills:
Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
Strong and professional communication skills
Self-starter with good time management skills
Our Ideal Candidate is:
Bilingual
Has 2 years or more experience in residential construction
Very organized
Process-driven
Action-oriented problem solver
Loves to learn
Required for Employment:
Clean driving record
Clean criminal record
