Cyrex Glass & Mirror, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to handle the following task:
Must have knowledge of Commercial glazing, glazing service work, glass doors and door hardware.
1. Place and confirm orders for materials both contract and service work.
2. Manage job assignments and scheduling of both contract and service work.
3. Provide pricing for service work as needed.
4. Manage contact customers service work from pricing to scheduling.
5. Answer phones as needed.
Must have knowledge in the commercial glass industry. Have product knowledge of Oldcastle materials, Kawneer, Atlas. Knowledge of the different glass products.
