Expertise in Solar Installation: You must have hands-on experience and a proven track record in solar panel installation.
Leadership Skills: Ability to guide, train, and oversee a team of installers to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.
Dependability: A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
COMPENSATION
-Competitive Pay: $1,500 per job.
-Consistent Work: 3 jobs per week, with more opportunities as our operations expand.
-Same-Day Payment: Get paid immediately after completing each job.
JOB DETAILS
-Start Date: Week of January 20th, 2025.
-Location: Houston and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: Lead installations, train team members, ensure safety protocols are followed, and complete projects on schedule.
