Responsibilities:
Install solar panels on residential properties
Ensure installations are completed safely and in compliance with local codes and standards
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
Work in various weather conditions and at heights
Requirements:
Previous experience in solar panel installation or similar field preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
Basic understanding of electrical systems (a plus)
Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
