The superintendent position at Kidd Roofing is a full time salary position requiring the ability to speak both English and Spanish.
Job duties include checking that crews are onsite and following safety and roofing standards including but not limited to proper ladder placement, safety tape or flags, the protection of property.
Verifying that Job signs are installed at active jobsites.
Delivery of required materials as needed.
Checking that the proper materials are delivered, including color and quantities.
Checking on completed projects. Walk the roof and job site to ensure all work and clean up has been completed properly. Document.
Collecting and returning any left over materials.
Taking pictures of job sites, before and after and down loading to appropriate electronic job files.
Report any problems or discrepancies to appropriate salesman and or Houston Area GM.
Completion of punch list items, minor repairs, installation of pipe boots, clean up etc
Turn in a daily job and safety reports to office administrator of sites visited, including conditions and progress.
