We are looking for a proactive Technician Coach to support our field technicians and oversee day-to-day operations. This role includes coaching and mentoring technicians, assisting with dispatch coordination, and managing purchasing approvals for all work orders. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient scheduling, uphold quality standards, and foster a culture of safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coach and develop technicians in technical skills and customer service
Assist with dispatching and coordinate daily technician schedules
Oversee and obtain purchasing approvals for necessary work orders
Provide troubleshooting assistance and on-site support as needed
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain quality standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technician, coaching, or dispatching role
Strong technical knowledge and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
