A well-known commercial construction company is seeking a Trade Foreman in Sugar Land, Texas. The Trade Foreman will be responsible for working on the main job, not self-perform. The first job will be in charge of building an entire deck for the office trailer and oversee general safety around the jobsite.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Lead and oversee a crew of 15-25 workers.
-Operate heavy equipment (skid steer, boom lift, skytrak, etc).
-Communicate to power crane operators.
-Assign daily tasks to ensure work is complete per schedule.
-Enforce company and Osha safety regulations.
-Optimize labor and material usage to minimize waste.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have 2 years of supervisory experience.
-Must be bilingual.
-Must obtain an Osha 30 (within last 5 years).
-Must pass a background and 6 panel drug test.
