Multi skilled/task/knowledge in carpentry, concrete, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural steel buildings. Also able to operate and maintaining light duty equipment and tools, excavator, skid steer, forklift, backhoe, dozer and etc. Will be responsible for overseeing a project, daily activity reports, scheduling and managing subs. Keeping materials on site and job cost. Looking for someone with this knowledgeable and willing to learn and not afraid of work. Must have a valid drivers license.
