Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mostly vintage and classic European vehicles. A working knowledge of carburetors and electrical systems is a bonus however we're looking for someone who is thorough and meticulous in their work. We do not work on a lot of "daily" drivers so the quality of the work is more important than the speed. Vacation policy and paid health care for employees is standard.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs on mostly older but also some later model european makes including Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using automotive diagnostic equipment
- Conduct repairs with attention to any underlying issues or additional problems that may arise.
- Reason thru a problem to get to a solution.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Perform work in a clean, organized manner and communicate what is needed to do your job properly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics using industry-standard tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
- Carburetor & electrical diagnosis.
- ASE certification in Automotive Service or related field
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
