We are looking to hire a Dispatcher in training and office manager. The duties include but are not limited to assist in monitoring the dispatch screen for assigned and unassigned orders. Monitoring the drivers status and ETA of pickup and deliveries. Driver daily check in sheet, driver paperwork. Assist in the HR office management.
We are an on demand courier business we have been operating in Houston and the surrounding areas for over 37 years. We have 30 plus drivers to monitor and assist. We are a 24 hour operation with a rotating on call staff that this job requires. We need to have someone with a whatever takes attitude and a sense of urgency to make sure we do whatever needs to be done when it needs to be done. The jobs pays weekly.
